Earth Form Services and All Kootenay Aggregate are locally owned companies providing concrete, aggregate, and site services throughout the East Kootenay. We are currently hiring a Class 3 Driver to join our team in a full-time, permanent position.

This role is ideal for a dependable and safety-focused driver who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a hardworking crew. You’ll be responsible for hauling materials to and from job sites while supporting overall site operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work across both companies on job sites throughout the region:

• Earth Form Services: supporting concrete projects with material delivery
• All Kootenay Aggregate: hauling gravel, aggregate and other materials to job sites

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Class 3 trucks to transport gravel, aggregate, and materials
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Ensure loads are secure and delivered safely and efficiently
• Coordinate with crews and supervisors to meet project timelines
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
• Follow all safety procedures and road regulations
• Assist with light labour or site tasks when required
• Placement of materials from the “stone slinger” system

Requirements

• Valid Class 3 driver’s license
• Clean driver’s abstract
• Experience operating commercial trucks, preferably in construction or aggregate environments
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment

Assets (Not Required)

• Experience hauling aggregate or construction materials
• Familiarity with the East Kootenay region
• Equipment operation experience (skid steer, loader, etc.)
