Earth Form Services and All Kootenay Aggregate are locally owned companies providing concrete, aggregate, and site services throughout the East Kootenay. We are currently hiring a Skilled Labourer to join our team in a full-time, permanent position.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing the job right, and can work effectively as part of a crew. You’ll be involved in a variety of projects and tasks across both companies, contributing to quality work on every job site.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work across both companies on job sites throughout the region:

• Earth Form Services: concrete forming, placement, and finishing
• All Kootenay Aggregate: aggregate production, site prep, and support work

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labour duties on construction and aggregate job sites
• Assist with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
• Support aggregate production and site preparation activities
• Operate hand tools and small equipment such as skid steers (if experienced)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow directions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the crew
• Identify and report issues to help keep projects running smoothly

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license or higher
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction

Assets (Not Required)

• Experience in concrete work or aggregate production
• Experience operating small equipment
• Construction or labour background
